I woke up this morning with the sole and the single minded purpose of focusing on making an entry on this blog without changing anything. I fell short of my intentions and changed the name of the blog from Healthy Choices For Women to Woman Inside Out. The essence and purpose of blog hasn't changed. It will still focus on the mind, body and soul of women but I felt the original name lacked the umpf I needed to entice a woman to visit and most importantly keep me focused on making this blog a success.I love creating blogs, tweaking templates and learning how to implement coding to improve its look and design. I find it very intoxicating and addictive. So that is why it was important for me to have a this one goal today.

During my many years of creating blogs I found that I have a creative side. I love creating things. From making purses from magazines, creating my own bath and body products to producing beautiful blogs. The power to see something in my mind and to translate it into an actual product simply fascinate me. So bare with me. I hope any changes I make will add to the use and beauty of this site.
